Proof of Identity
For U.S. citizens, a government-issued photo ID is required for all travel, both domestic and international.
Effective May 7, 2025, all travelers 18 years and older will need a REAL ID–compliant driver’s license or other approved identification to fly within the United States. A REAL ID–compliant license is typically marked with a star in the upper portion of the card. If you are unsure, contact your state driver’s license agency.
Passports
A valid passport is required for international travel. Most countries require passports to be valid at least six months beyond your return date.
Without the proper documentation, you will not be permitted to depart, and no refunds will be issued.
Visas & Vaccinations
Some destinations require visas, vaccinations, or other entry documents. It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify and obtain all required documentation prior to travel.
Prices and availability are not guaranteed until deposit or full payment is made.
Payment deadlines will be provided at the time of booking; missed deadlines may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Planning fees/deposits charged by Dream Beyond Adventures are non-refundable and compensate for time and expertise if a vacation is not booked or is cancelled. Other deposits and fees are subject to supplier terms and conditions.
Cancellation policies vary by supplier (airline, cruise line, resort, tour company, etc.) and will be outlined at the time of booking.
Supplier penalties may apply for changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
Dream Beyond Adventures is not responsible for penalties or fees resulting from changes or cancellations outside our control.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment against unexpected events such as trip interruption, delays, cancellations, or medical emergencies.
Insurance options will be discussed at the time of booking.
Dream Beyond Adventures acts as an independent travel advisor and is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested.
We work with trusted third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.). Each supplier is responsible for its own services, schedules, and policies.
Dream Beyond Adventures is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, damages, or delays beyond our direct control.
Review all documents immediately upon receipt and report discrepancies within 24 hours.
Arrive at airports and departure points within the recommended timeframe.
Ensure you meet all health, entry, and documentation requirements for your destination.
